HCHS Community Health provides care to residents of Hancock County. There are two main focuses that fall under the umbrella of HCHS Community Health:

  1. Public Health
  2. Home Health

Community Health, public service programs include:

  • Immunizations
  • Environmental Health
  • Prevention Programs (such as tobacco cessation, work-injury prevention, safe communities)
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Disease Investigation
  • Home Health Care
  • Daily Care (with limitations)
  • We do NOT offer respite services

Environmental Health Services:

  • Inspections
  • Public Health Nuisances
  • Private Well Water
  • Radon
  • Septic Systems
