If you are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, please wear a mask when entering our facility
Symptoms of respiratory illness include:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Fever (>100 F)
- Loss of sense of taste or smell
- Headache
- Chills
- Sore Throat
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Congestion
- Runny nose

Franklin Country View Visitor Policy
- All Visitors should enter at Entrance "A"
- If a visitor has been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or is experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that they postpone their visit until they are feeling better.
- Visitor are not allowed to enter Franklin Country View through any interior entrances from Franklin General Hospital.
- Visitors must practice good hand hygiene (using alcohol-based hand sanitizer) at the start and end of their visit and if they come into contact with a dirty area.
To help ensure your loved one is in their room ready for a visit, we have suggested visit times. If these times do not work, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
- Monday-Friday: 9:30am-11:30am, 1pm-5pm
- Saturday: 10am-11:30am, 1pm-5pm
- Sunday: 1pm-5pm
