Franklin General Hospital focuses its quality efforts around national and state priorities based on best practice guidelines. Data related to these best practices of certain medical diagnoses such as pneumonia, heart attacks and congestive heart failure is reported. Every patient has the right to expect their care will be appropriately provided in a safe and efficient manner by competent staff in a safe environment. Your care and safety are our priority.
Patient Satisfaction
People seeking care at Franklin General Hospital may receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail. These surveys are randomly sent out by our survey vendor, Press Ganey. Your feedback is very important to us as we use the information you provide to improve our services. We strive to be a 5 Star facility. If your visit with us did not meet your expectations of 5 Star care, please complete and return your survey and let us know what we can improve or change to provide you a 5 Star experience. Survey results are shared with our providers and colleagues on a monthly basis.
